Prior to November 3, 2006, parties representing Magnetic Advantage website illegally gained access to ezinearticles.com secure database and changed references and contact information to Bruce Spiegler and Therion Research so they would point directly to the Magnetic Advantage website. Furthermore, Magnetic Advantage fraudulently has claimed to have "forged an alliance" with Therion Research.
Websites that have copied and posted articles written by Bruce Spiegler that contain references to Magnetic Advantage and/or magneticadvantage.com are hereby notified that they are in violation of United States and International copyright laws.
Let it be known there is no authorized connection whatsoever between Magnetic Advantage or its parent company, and Bruce Spiegler, Therion Research, or Therion Inc.
All therionresearch.com website content and articles written by Bruce Spiegler are copyrighted and the intellectual property of Therion Inc. and Bruce Spiegler as author. Unauthorized use of therionresearch.com website content and other intellectual property of Therion Inc. and Bruce Spiegler in any form whatsoever is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Therion Inc.
Remedies available to websites containing any of the three fraudulently altered articles:
- Remove the articles from your website immediately
- Replace the fraudulent articles with the corrected articles written by Bruce Spiegler, located on ezinearticles.com in strict accordance with their terms of service.
Therion Inc. believes these violations to be serious, and will take appropriate legal actions to protect our intellectual property rights.
