Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility Monday through Friday.
FREE Standard Shipping is available on orders of $125.00 or more within the continental 48 U.S. states. This option will automatically be made available during the checkout process once the $125.00 minimum is reached.
We offer Standard, Expedited, Second Day and Next Day shipping options. However, not all options are available in all areas.
How long will my order take to ship?
Standard and Expedited orders are completed in 1-2 business days. Mattress pads may take a few days longer depending on our production schedule. There will be a link in your shopping cart to view estimated delivery times for the different shipping options. Orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service depending on the location and service selected. All PO and APO addresses are shipped via US Postal Service.
Second and Next Day Air orders are completed the same or next
business day depending on the time of day the order was received. Mattress pads cannot be shipped by air. Express mail is not available for APO addresses.
If we determine that an order (or any part of an order) will not ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you via email within a few days

Standard Shipping receive orders according to the following schedule:
Continental 48 states: Most orders ship via UPS.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands: Most orders ship via USPS. 7-14 business days
Canada: 7-14 business days
International: Most orders ship via USPS. 7-21 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days after order completion within the continental U.S.
Second Day Air: shipped same or next day and will take 2 business days for delivery
Next Day Air: shipped same or next day and will take 1 business day for delivery
International Express Mail: shipped same or next day and will take 2-4 business day for delivery
