Return Policy


Qualified items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Qualified magnetic mattress pads may be returned within 90 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Magnetic insoles and pillows are not returnable. Please read our Warrantee Policy for additional details and qualifications.

You must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning an item. The RMA number allows us to accurately tract the information so your account can be properly credited. Items returned without an RMA number can significantly delay or prevent proper credit. Return the item in its original condition (including packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.) along with the invoice.

Your refund will be the purchase price of the item less shipping and handling. Orders over $125.00 that may have qualified for prepaid shipping and handling will be charged back for our actual shipping and handling cost. Refunds on magnetic mattress pads will be the purchase price of the item, less a 20% restocking fee, and less our actual shipping and handling costs. No returns will be accepted after the stated return period.

Please allow up to two weeks from the time we receive your item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.

We refund shipping charges in the following cases:

  • We ship an incorrect product
  • We ship a defective product
  • The carrier damages a product during shipping

If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge.

What if I ordered a wrong size?


If you purchased a wrong size, not to worry, we will exchange it for the correct size. Contact customer service at 888-636-9700 or by e-mail at customerservice@therionresearch.com and they will help you with the exchange.



How do I return an item?


Please call customer service at 1-888-636-9700 (Monday - Friday between 9 am and 4 pm E.T.)

Before returning an item you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from customer service. Once you receive an RMA number ship the item in its original condition back to us along with a copy of your invoice and all original packaging, manuals, etc. via insured parcel post , priority mail, or UPS.


Mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and return the item to:
