How to Find Products


There are several ways to find products on therionresearch.com.
  1. To find the best broduct for your particular need - use our exclusive Product Selection. Just answer a few simple questions and click the button at the bottom and the Therion product(s) best suited for your particular need will display on the screen.

  2. To browse products for a specific area of your body, click the By Area of Body link below the red Find Products image in the left column. Then click on the area of the body you are looking for on the body diagram. This will take you to a list of all products for that area of the body.

  3. To view products by category click one of the colored category tabs at the top right of the screen. You can also click on one of the links under the green Browse Categories image in the left column.

  4. To search for a product type in the name of the product you are looking for in the search box on the left side of the top green navigation bar. Then click the Go button.



Adding Items to Your Cart


How do I add an item to my shopping cart?

Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button on the item’s product information page.

If you would like to order more than (1) of the same item and size simply change the "1" in the quantity box to whatever quantiy you would like to order.

You can view the items you have placed in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the View Cart icon located at the top right of any page.

Completing the Checkout Process


Please review all the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart to ensure the items are correct in size and quantity (if applicable). After you've finished shopping, click on CHECKOUT. There are three (3) sections in the checkout process.


Billing & Shipping Address (Section 1)


Please enter the full address you would like the merchandise sent to beneath "Shipping Information".

If the address to which you are shipping your order is the same address to which your credit card statement is sent, it will not be necessary to fill in the "Billing Information" section on the right.

If not, please also enter the complete credit card billing address "Billing Information" section on the right.

Remember: Your billing information and shipping address may be different. Make sure you have the correct information before clicking on Continue.

When finished click CONTINUE at the bottom right of the screen


Select your shipping and payment option (Section 2)


Shipping Options: Toward the bottom of the next section click the arrow on the right side of the SHIP VIA box. The shipping options that are available to your area will appear in the drop down menu.

You may be given the option to choose from Ground, 3-day Air, 2-day Air, and Next day Air. Please choose the option that best suits your needs. Orders to the continental 48 states totaling $125.00 or more (excluding shipping) will have the option for free ground shipping

Therion ships using UPS, and USPS (United States Postal Service), depending on your location.

Payment options: Just beneath the SHIP VIA box is the PAY WITH box. Click the arrow on the right side of the box and select the credit card you would like to pay with. Then click the CONTINUE button on the bottom right of the screen.


Payment Information (Section 3)


Scroll down to the Payment Information section. In this final section enter your credit card account number and expiration date. Therion allows you to pay using any of the four major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard).

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within approximately one hour.

Are credit card transactions on therionresearch.com safe?

Absolutely! In fact, statistically it's safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. Therion servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and AOL's browser, so that only Therion can read a customer's personal information. If you would like more information about our credit card security policy, please read Privacy and Security.

Why would my card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account?

In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your Therion order differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. Please verify that your information is correct, and then notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally, we do not have the capability to validate funds on cards issued by foreign banks.


Review all the billing information you have entered and edit if necessary. If everything is correct, click PLACE ORDER to complete the placement of your order. You may then print a copy of the invoice for your records

Sales Tax


Will I be charged Sales Tax on my order?

Sales tax will be charged to all orders that are processed with a New York shipping address. The New York sales tax rate has recently been lowered to 8.62%

Shipping Options


How will my order be shipped?

Therion ships using UPS, and USPS (United States Postal Service), depending on your location. International orders will be billed separately for shipping charges due to the variations in shipping regulations

What if I need my order in a hurry?

There will always be a fast shipping option available to you at checkout. Depending on your location, your options may be 3rd day, 2nd day, or Next Day shipping

PO Box, APO & FPO Shipping


Do you offer shipping to a PO Box?

Most of the smaller items can be shipped to PO Boxes. To ship to a PO Box, the item must be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS cannot ship to a PO Box. When you are completing an order, Therion will attempt to ship all items using USPS if you address is a PO Box address. If any items cannot be shipped using USPS, you will be asked to provide a physical address for shipping.

Do you offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. We can ship to APO/FPO destinations. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.

Do you offer shipping to U.S. Territories?

Yes. Therion can ship to U.S. Territories. Orders to U.S. territories (except Puerto Rico) will be billed separately for shipping charges

Did not Receive Order


What should I do if I have not received my order?

If you have waited 10 business days for standard delivery and have not received you order, please contact Customer Service.

Mattress pads may take as long as 15 business days for delivery.

Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take as long as 20 business days for standard delivery.

International Orders


Placing an International order is easy


Therion ships worldwide to most countries. Please review all the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart to ensure the items are correct in size and quantity (if applicable). After you've finished shopping, click on CHECKOUT. There are three (3) sections in the checkout process.

Please enter the full address you would like the merchandise sent to beneath "Shipping Information". Be sure to fill in the Province/State if outside the US field below the State field. Fill in the Zip/Postal Code field , then select your country from the drop down list

If not, please also enter the complete credit card billing address "Billing Information" section on the right.

Countries outside of the USA and Canada will be unable to select a shipping method. This is because shipping rates vary according to the country, freight carrier and dimensions of the package.

Once your order is ready, we will determine the most economical way to ship to your location. We will then bill your credit card separately for the shipping charges. There will be an option on the screen for you to request e-mail notification of the shipping charges.

What if I do not have a credit card?

If you do not have a credit card, we do accept bank wire transfers. If this is the case you can e-mail, phone or fax the order to us. The order cannot be placed online. Customer service will provide you with the necessary information for the wire transfer. Simply provide this information to your bank and they will take care of the transfer for you.
