All products are usually in stock and ready to ship. Mattress pads may take a few days longer depending on production schedules. Since Therion is a direct manufacturer we always have items scheduled for production to fill in inventory. If we are out of stock on an item when you place an order, rest assured it has already been scheduled for production and will usually ship within 1-3 days.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product you buy from Therion you may exchange or return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling costs. Magnetic insoles and pillows are not returnable. Items that have been soiled or damaged are not returnable.

Therion warrants that our products are free from any manufacturing defects and we will repair or replace (at our option) any defective item with the same product or better. Warranty does not cover misuse of a product, normal wear and tear, or use under improper environmental conditions.

Therion will not accept returns on clearance center items, items that have been laundered or specially customized, items damaged as a result of misuse, neglect, or improper environmental conditions. Products that have been soiled or damaged are not returnable. Returns must be postmarked or dated by UPS or FedEx within 30-days of the invoice date.

Exceptions & Limitations

Therion will not accept returns on clearance center items, items that have been laundered or specially customized, items damaged as a result of misuse, neglect, or improper environmental conditions. Due to health restrictions, bed pillows and shoe insoles that have been used cannot be returned.

Magnetic mattress pads that have been soiled or damaged are not returnable. Damage includes, but is not limited to rips, tears, stains and odors (e.g. tobacco smoke.) Mattress pad returns must be postmarked or dated by UPS or FedEx within 90-days of the invoice date.

All customers must contact Customer Service before returning any item. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) will be provided.

Precautions

There are certain conditions where magnetic therapy should not be used at all, or should be kept away from certain areas of the body.

Do not use magnetic therapy at all under the following conditions:

• If you are wearing a pacemaker, defibrillator, insulin pump or any other implanted electro-medical device
• If you are pregnant

Keep magnets away from the following areas:

• Do not place magnets on the abdomen for 60 to 90 minutes after eating as they may interfere with digestion and cause mild abdominal discomfort.
• Do not place magnets close to transdermal drug patches as they will prevent the drugs from being properly dispersed
• Keep magnets away from computer disks, audio/videotapes, credit cards, watches and other magnetically sensitive items
