Shipping Policy

How long will my order take to ship?

There will be a link in your shopping cart to view estimated delivery times for the different shipping options.

Ground shipments are completed and leave our NY facility in 1-2 business days. Mattress pads are made to order, and may take a few days longer, depending on our production schedule.

Orders are shipped via FedEx or U.S. Postal Service, depending on the location and service selected. All P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

2nd and Next Day Air orders are completed the same or next business day, depending on the time of day your order is received. Mattress pads cannot be shipped by air. Express mail is not available for APO/FPO addresses.

If we determine that an order (or any part of an order) will not ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you via email within a few days.

Customers selecting Ground Shipping receive orders according to the following schedule:

Continental 48 states: Most orders ship via FedEx.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands: Most orders ship via USPS. 7-14 business days

Canada: Most orders ship via USPS. 7-14 business days

International: Most orders ship via USPS. 7-21 business days

Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days after order completion within the continental U.S.

Second Day Air: shipped same or next day and will take 2 business days for delivery

Next Day Air: shipped same or next day and will take 1 business day for delivery

International Express Mail: shipped same or next day and will take 2-4 business day for delivery
